    • Master Reiki Practitioners

    • Certified Reflexologists

  • Yes, we provide direct billing for most insurance companies. Please note: If your plan does not cover the full treatment cost, you will be responsible for paying the remaining portion.

    Direct billing may not go through right away for reasons such as:

    • First-time visits (some insurers require verification before approving claims)

    • System maintenance or technical issues (often evenings, weekends, or holidays)

    • Secondary insurance plans (e.g., Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife may require manual claims)

    • Random audits by insurance providers before processing payment

  • Yes, we do.

    For Blue Cross plans, please ensure you submit your doctor’s referral note at least 2 weeks before your appointment, so your insurance file is set up properly.

  • At this time, we do not accept:

    • QuickCard Insurance

    • Pacific Blue Cross

    • Manitoba Blue Cross

    • WCB (Workers’ Compensation Board)

    Please feel free to send a photo of your insurance card to our clinic text line at 780-699-9654, and we will be happy to confirm whether your insurance can direct billing here.

  • Some insurance; for example: Sunlife companies have claim system limitations and may not allow direct billing for 2-hour sessions. In those cases, we can provide a receipt for you to submit manually.

  • Yes! Many clients book both on the same day.

    We partner with massage schools and occasionally offer treatments with student massage therapists at discounted rates:

    • First-year student massage: as low as $25 per 60-minute session

    • Senior student massage: starting at $64 per hour
